1. Medical Check/Stipulation |
A medical check is not required to participate in the Walking Festival. However, participants are strongly urged to have a medical checkup prior to the event.
The organizing committee and the sponsors are not liable, responsible or accountable for any loss, theft, damage or injury. |
2. Route Information |
Directional signs of arrow will be prepared along the routes, and guides will be ready for help. |
3. Drinking Water |
Participants may fill bottles at the place start, check points and rest areas. |
4. Checkpoints |
Participants are expected to have stamps on individual check card at every check-points set up along the course. |
5. Completion Times |
Participants are strongly recommended to finish walk before 5:00 pm each day, without fail. |
6. Meals |
Participants are free to take their meals and food on the way wherever seems proper. No littering would be highly appreciated. |
7. First Aid |
First Aid staff will be present at the control center and all checkpoints. |
8. Lockers |
Lockers will be available at the control center before the starting time on each walking day.
Vouchers will be issued and must be submitted to the staff to claim the articles. |
9. Cancellation |
The event will be held regardless of the weather act of God.
The registration fee is not refundable regardless of cancellation. |
10. Recommendation |
All participants are encouraged to elect to walk one of 5, 10, 20, 30km routes.
In order to ensure smooth and safe progress of performance it is required to finish walk before 5:00pm each day. |
